An engaged thinker, with over 18 years of experience in sales, marketing, strategic planning, product development, new business development, budget management, client engagement, and digital strategy. Extensive industry knowledge in Logistics/Transportation, Pharmaceutical/Medical Marketing, Brand Awareness, Private Labeling, Manufacturing and Digital Marketing.

 

Consultative approach to help COO's, CMO’s, VP’s and Marketing Managers obtain their sales tactics/goals with interesting and different products/services. Capabilities include knowledge of product development, sourcing, manufacturing, delivery - both domestically and overseas, print and e-media/marketing.

 

Additional core competencies consist of excellent communicator, strong negotiation skills, exceptional problem-solving abilities, keen client need assessment aptitude, aggressively identify opportunities, develop focus/plan and provide tactical business solutions. 

 

Kelly has a BS in Marketing from the University of South FL.   Kelly is married with 3 wonderful children - Addie and twins Sydney and John.  She enjoys doing Crossfit and traveling.

Laurie has over 30 years of experience in customer service, sales management, procurement and accounting. 

Currently she is the Client Services Manager for the Idea Box and oversees all aspects of the customer’s experience with the IdeaBox.  Including providing creative solutions for corporate events, updating customers with the latest products on the market, negotiating pricing with vendors and preparing customer quotes.

She is married, loves cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.

Jennifer relocated from California to Virginia at an early age and grew up on the beautiful countrysides of Tappahannock on the Rappahannock River.  Jennifer gained a very good understanding of business at an early age – as both her parents had founded their own companies with great success. In 1997 she moved to Raleigh, NC and have lived in the city of oaks ever since. 

Jennifer was a successful as an office manager in construction, where she gained high praises for her client relations and problem solving abilities and became an asset as a jack of all trades – social media, client relations, order processing, customer support requests and management. She has now taken on the role of IT E Comm Manager and will be taking care of all E-Stores and Marketing for IdeaBox.

Originally from Colombia, where she was a flight attendant, Isabella has been in the US for over 16 years.   As a naturalized US Citizen, Isabella has had a few different career paths –Administration Support, and Business Owner.  She is now the Office Manager at IdeaBox, which includes making sure that all systems are communicating and all members of the team are up to date on all projects, potential issues, and resolutions.  She enjoys her 2 daughters, her Italian greyhound dog and walks by the ocean.

Tom Shea

Strategic Account Manager

Tom Shea comes to the IdeaBox as the former President of All Graphics Impressions. Tom has over 42 years of experience in all aspects of Commercial Printing, Wearables and Promotional Items. All Graphics Impressions was started in 1975 by Tom’s father in his family’s garage. Tom started off working the presses before joining the Navy for 4 years. 

After leaving the Navy, Tom joined his father again in a Sales role for the company. Some of Tom’s areas of expertise include Printing, Production, Manufacturing, Embroidery, Laser Etching, Silk Screening and Applique Patches. 

Having over four decades of success speaks for itself. Think Positive, Work Smart, Get Results. In March of 2018, Tom joined The IdeaBox as a Strategic Account Manager and has grown his client base exponentially.

Tom currently works and lives in Pompano Beach, FL with his 2 daughters, Sarah and Ana. In his spare time, he enjoys golf, softball and fishing. 

Jackie Fernicola is a Client Service Specialist for The IdeaBox.  She has worked in the promotional products field for over 9 years.  After graduating from Montclair State University in New Jersey with a degree in Business Administration, Jackie moved to South Florida.  It was here that she was introduced to the wonderful world of Ad Specialties.  Jackie has worked in several different marketing fields including Affiliate Marketing, Franchise Management, Social Media and Email Marketing.  

Jackie is an avid baseball fan and plays coed softball in her spare time.  She enjoys outdoor activities, especially the beach.  Jackie has a new puppy named Jazzy.

Kerri Waller is a Client Services Specialist for the IdeaBox.  She has several decades of experience in promotional products and customer service.  After graduating, Kerri focused on customer service, training, and sourcing. 

Kerri loves spending time with her family, exercising and the outdoors.  She is a dedicated advocate for the Down’s Syndrome Society.
